I have been using this service for more than four years and they are excellent. The cleaners are like part of the family, they are so sweet. The service is extremely professional and they leave your house looking like a 5 star hotel. They bring all their own products and equipment but will use your cleaning solutions and approach if that is what you want. They have a centralized coordinator who is incredibly responsive. I especially like the text messages that let you know when the cleaning crew is en route.
I also used them for final cleaning when selling my mother's house and they did such an amazing job. The house sold the first day on the market and everyone commented on how spotless it was.

This is a great cleaning company. 2 of their employee did a deep clean on my house on June 21st. They did far more than I asked them to do, including wiping down doors, door frames, and vacuuming dining room chairs, and a host of other cleaning and dusting throughout my house. I have to preface, I'm self-proclaimed OCD when cleaning my house, and when I'm paying for it as a service, have super high expectations. I've gone through a few companies, just not meeting my expectations, prior to getting the referral for All Things New from a neighbor.
They called ahead and let me know they were on their way, and I immediately got a text when they completed the job. When I walked in the door after the house was done, my jaw dropped. It was spic and span, no detail left undone. The bathrooms and kitchen (my OCD trigger rooms ) were sparkling! And, Amber & Kristin couldn't have been friendlier (and were great with my dog... my former cleaning company wouldn't allow her in the house when they cleaned.)

I called Jill at All Things New to see if she could help with some cleaning and organization in our very cluttered home. We made a plan for a thorough clean, and some closet/cabinet organization that would help us stay less cluttered in the future. I couldn't have been more pleased with the excellent service I received from All Things New Cleaning. Marie and Jennifer were prompt, friendly and extremely diligent.
